I am the co-founder of William Glyn and have spent over 20 years working across recruitment, professional services, and business consultancy.

My focus is on helping accountancy practices and finance leaders find and retain the senior talent they need to grow with confidence.

Throughout my career I have built and scaled businesses, led executive search projects, and developed tools that improve hiring accuracy and retention. What drives me is creating clear, structured systems that reduce risk, improve efficiency, and deliver a better experience for both clients and candidates.

At William Glyn I look after the technology stack, client and candidate journey automation, systems and processes, and the development of our brand. My role is about making sure that every touchpoint is consistent, professional, and designed to give our clients and candidates confidence.

Outside of work I enjoy running, spending time outdoors with my son, and exploring new ideas and technologies that can transform the way firms operate.
